3 Summer Recipes

Our favorite family green smoothie recipe:

1 cup coconut water

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen mango + pineapple

  • 1 big child handful of spinach

  • 1 tbs of chia seeds 

  • 1 tbs of coconut oil

  • 1 tbs of peanut butter (sub if any allergies)

With protein-packed dips. Pick your kids' favorite diced fruit and add their preferred cheese to make a fun-to-eat kabob.

Watermelon, Feta Salad

4-Ingredient Salad

You only need four ingredients to make this refreshing salad!

  • Watermelon

  • Red onion

  • Feta cheese

  • Mint

You can also add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze, but that is optional, or remove the onion if your child prefers without.
