3 Summer Recipes
Our favorite family green smoothie recipe:
1 cup coconut water
1 banana
1 cup frozen mango + pineapple
1 big child handful of spinach
1 tbs of chia seeds
1 tbs of coconut oil
1 tbs of peanut butter (sub if any allergies)
With protein-packed dips. Pick your kids' favorite diced fruit and add their preferred cheese to make a fun-to-eat kabob.

4-Ingredient Salad
You only need four ingredients to make this refreshing salad!
Watermelon
Red onion
Feta cheese
Mint
You can also add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze, but that is optional, or remove the onion if your child prefers without.
