How to Break-Up with Elf on The Shelf

Dearest (insert family name here) Kiddos,

I have loved playing hide and seek in your home watching over your family as you've grown.

Your sweetness and silliness light up the sky, and while I have loved our time together, It's time to say goodbye.

Don't worry, I told Santa everything.

How special you are, and how much joy you all bring.

But the magic of Christmas is the kindness and cheer In being with family and holding them near.

The joy is found in just being together, huddled around the fire, playing games, cozy sweaters.

So before I say goodbye

One last bit of advice I will bestow:

Be kind to one another,

To your parents and your friends.

Build magic and memories and traditions with no end.

Give lots of love and spread lots of cheer, for this really is the most magical time of year.
